What happens after I place my order?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and order details. If you did not submit your artwork during the ordering process, you can do so by emailing your artwork to us at support@imprintforless.com. We will carefully review your order and artwork and contact you with any questions or suggestions. After receiving your artwork, we will create a free digital proof showing your design on the item(s) you ordered. You will have the option to make changes, should you wish to do so. To prevent errors, we will not proceed with printing until you approve the proof.
How do I send my art along with my order?
If you have artwork you may mail it to support@imprintforles.com or you can use our art upload buttons & send it to us during the checkout process. Please include your name, order number, phone number, and email address with all artwork submissions.
What if I don't have artwork?
This is not a problem. Our art department will create simple artwork free of charge. Simply email your instructions to support@imprintforless.com. If you wish to do so, you can choose any fonts and clip art from our fonts & clip art button. You will find these options towards the bottom of the product personalization page.
Will I see how my artwork looks on the product before it's printed?
Absolutely! We provide a free digital proof showing your artwork on the specific item(s) you ordered. This proof allows you to review the imprint and request any necessary changes. To prevent errors, we will not proceed with printing until you approve the proof.
How will I know what my imprint will look like?
Every time you order from us we will provide you with an emailed virtual proof of what your artwork will look like on the item you ordered before we print your order. This proof enables you to view the exact imprint and make any necessary changes. Should you need to make such changes we will provide you with one more free proof. To help eliminate errors, we will not begin printing on your item before you have approved the proof.
What if I need to make changes to the proof?
You can approve the proof or request changes. We offer one free revision to ensure your satisfaction and will not begin production until the final proof is approved.
Do you have clip art & fonts?
Yes, a variety of clip art and font options are available for you to choose from during the order process.
What kind of artwork files can I send?
For the best imprint quality, we recommend high-resolution files. Our requirements are a minimum of 300 dpi at 100% size (600 dpi preferred). We accept vector-based files and the following raster files: Adobe Photoshop (.psd), EPS (.eps), Adobe PDF (.pdf), TIFF (.tif) (at least 300 dpi), and JPG (.jpg) (at least 300 dpi). If possible, please convert all fonts to outlines or include the font files.
How do I send my artwork?
You can upload your artwork and instructions during the online order process or email them to support@imprintforless.com after placing your order. In either case, you will receive a digital e-proof for approval before production begins
What is a digital proof?
A digital proof is an emailed representation of how your final product will appear when printed with your artwork. It allows you to review what the final product will look like before printing.
Do you charge for artwork design or preparation?
Simple artwork creation is free. Complex revisions or extensive design work may incur additional charges, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.
When does production begin?
Your order is sent to production after you approve the final digital proof.
Will my PMS imprint color be an exact match?
Due to ink variations across different products, a 100% PMS match is not guaranteed. We will make every effort to match your color. Color matching may vary from previous samples or orders.
Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes, unless you request otherwise, we store your artwork for easy reordering and use on different products.
Can I use the same artwork on different types of products?
Yes, our art team will optimize your artwork for each specific item and imprinting method shown in your digital proofs.
What types of products can you customize?
We offer a wide range of customizable products, including drinkware, apparel, bags, office supplies, tech gadgets, etc. Please explore our website for a complete list.
What imprinting methods do you use?
We use various methods depending on the product and design, such as screen printing, heat transfer, pad printing, direct-to-garment printing, laser engraving, embroidery, sublimation, and more. The available methods are listed on each product page.
Are your imprints durable? Can they scratch or fade?
We use high-quality inks and processes for durable imprints. Longevity depends on the product and imprinting method We are committed to the quality of all our imprints.
Is your imprinted drinkware dishwasher safe?
All our glassware and ceramics are dishwasher safe. Plastics and sport bottles should be hand washed.
What are setup charges?
Setup charges cover the costs of preparing the equipment, screens, dies, or tooling necessary to apply your design to the product. These are standard in the imprinting industry.
How do I place a reorder?

Will I get a reorder discount
Yes! For exact reorders (Ordering the same Product, same imprint and same imprint colors again) we offer a 50% discount on all Screen and Set-up Charges within 24 months of the last order.
Do you offer discounts for large quantity orders?
Yes, volume discounts are shown in the price grids on the checkout page. For quantities larger than those listed, please contact us at 800-669-5596 or support@imprintforless.com for a custom quote.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal through checkout. Please contact us at 800-669-5596 or support@imprintforless.comc for instructions on how to pay with a check.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax as required by state law. Tax-exempt organizations should email their valid exemption certificate to support@imprintforless.com, and we will issue a credit for the tax amount.
What if my organization is tax exempt?
Please email your state’s exemption form for either exempt use or resale depending on your situation to support@imprintforless.com after placing your order. We will credit the exempt amount to your original payment method.
Can I get a custom freight quote for large orders?
Yes. For high-volume, heavy orders, we can arrange special freight pricing. Contact us at 800-669-5596 or support@imprintforless.com for a personalized freight quote.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard production time is 5-10 business days after order placement and proof approval. Multi-color or complex orders may require additional time. Shipping time is separate and depends on your chosen shipping method and location. Standard ground shipping within the contiguous US typically takes 2-7 business days. The total delivery time is the sum of proofing, production, and shipping times.
What if I need my order sooner?
If you have a specific deadline, please inform us when placing your order, either during checkout or by emailing support@imprintforless.com. We will make every effort to meet your deadline.
How are your products shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS or in some cases Motor Freight (LTL shipment). Shipping via Motor Freight can be beneficial if the your order exceeds 300 pounds in weight. Orders that meet this threshold are typically orders for drinkware. Please contact us at support@imprintforless.com or 800-669-5596 for more details and a custom quote.
Can I dropship my order and ship to multiple locations?
Yes, we can split shipments. Please email the shipping addresses and quantities for each location to support@imprintforless.com for a custom shipping quote, as additional charges will apply.
Do you ship to APO and PO Boxes?
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO’s. Shipping via UPS requires a physical street address. If you are shipping to a Military APO, please contact us at support@imprintforless.com or call us at 800-669-5596 so that we can arrange special shipment for you.
How do you handle orders that arrive with broken or damaged items?
We take great care in packaging your items so that it does not arrive damaged. However, should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at 800-669-5596 or support@imprintforless.com. We will arrange for a credit or replacement according to our Terms & Conditions. Please retain the original packaging for carrier inspection.
Do you offer preproduction samples?
We offer Pre-Production samples so you can view both the color(s) and your artwork on the actual product prior to producing the rest of your order. Please contact our customer service department to place such an order.
Can I order quantities smaller or larger than what's shown on the website?
Our website lists minimum quantities for competitive pricing. If you need fewer items, please contact us, and we will try to assist you. For quantities larger than listed, please call us at 800-669-5596 for a custom quote.
Is your website secure?
Yes, imprintforless.com is secured via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Is my privacy protected when I order from you?

What if I don't want to use my credit card online?
Simply go through the checkout process and print a copy of your cart and email it to us along with your check or money order. You will receive an invoice via email after we receive your order and payment, and we will begin your proof. Please note that check payments will delay production until the check clears.
