Refund and Returns Policy
- Returns on Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, and in accordance with industry standards, returns and refunds are not offered for customized items. Blank, not customized, products are returnable if the return is made within seven days of order receipt. For blank returned products, we will issue a refund for the items purchased provided they are returned to us unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items, along with a restocking fee. Please contact us at imprintforless.com for instructions on returns of blank items. For customized products, returns or replacements will be provided under the following circumstances:

- If imprintforless.com makes an error in customization, and the final product deviates significantly from the approved proof with respect to text, colors, or personalized elements.

If you receive a product that is different from what was ordered and shown in the approved proof.

If the custom product has a significant manufacturing defect that was not present in the approved design and proof.

- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos and a description of the damage. We will review your claim and file a claim with the shipping carrier. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.
- Claims and Redo:
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. All claims must be reported within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods. All claims will be confirmed via email. We may request pictures to be emailed or an actual sample made available for our inspection. If you are dissatisfied due to a product defect, if the item is not as promised, or if the imprint quality is substandard, please contact us at support@imprintforless.com. We will work to find a resolution, such as reprinting your order or providing a refund should such an issue arise.Once we have evaluated the claim we will promptly credit or replace the product if warranted. We will not change the product, the logo or artwork or the imprint color when processing the redo.
